With Pause has several levels of immersion for individuals. Start with the one-hour Intro to Mindfulness for an overview of mindfulness principles. Go deeper with the 3-hour workshop, or choose individual coaching for personalized reflection on your specific triggers, perspective, and expectations.
And, for moms, we know the process of getting to know yourself is more complex. We created a program just for moms because it can be tough to hold on to who you genuinely are in the face of the expectations and stresses that surround the role of “mom” today.
