Workshops – our workshops will whet your appetite for stillness. It is a one time introduction to mindfulness and are usually 1-3 hours.

3 HOUR WORKSHOPS
Series – good place to feed your hunger and start creating space in your life for those moments to nourish your soul. These are 6- 8 week classes to help integrate mindfulness into your home, work and daily life. Usually once a week for 1.5-2 hours/week
